来月の、モダン会席のメイン料理の試作

来月の、モダン会席のメイン料理のマイカのけんちん焼きという料理の試作、試食をしてみました。

見た目はOKです。次は食べてみる！うまいぞーうまいぞー

ジューシーでほろっと崩れてあんが絡む野イメージでしたが・・・あれーいまいち

明日お休みなのでゆっくりかいりょうします。
